Nils Feldmann
Managing Partner
Nils Feldmann, Managing Partner of Palmstone Capital, is a distinguished expert in capital raising, deal origination, and global structuring. His accomplishments include raising $2.7 billion for an aviation fund, $3.8 billion for a sustainable infrastructure fund (KGAL) as well as a $2.1 billion raise for a Private Equity Fund (BVT), advising on $470 million at Mazars, and generating over $720 million in deal flow for his clients.
With experience at a leading Berlin-based venture capital fund, Nils combines industry expertise and cutting-edge technology to deliver transformative results for businesses and investors. His global perspective is underpinned by finance and business education from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), INSEAD, and UCLA.
Marcel Kullen
Partner - Capital Markets
Marcel Kullen is a seasoned investment and advisory professional with over 11 years of experience in capital markets, private credit, and alternative investments. He has held senior roles across investment banking and asset management, focusing on cross-border transactions, structured financing, and strategic capital solutions and completed more than 40 deals with a deal volume of approx. EUR 11bn.
Marcel has extensive experience originating and executing private and public market opportunities for institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth clients across Europe. Marcel obtained a Bachelor of Science in General Management with a Major in Finance from EBS Business School (EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht) in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.

Andrew Auslander, Senior Advisor to Palmstone Capital, brings three decades of experience in financial markets working as a trader, risk manager and consultant to global investment banks and broker dealers. Andrew has deep experience in due diligence of firms and valuation of transactions.
Andrew held senior roles at Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan Chase, Salomon Brothers, BNP Paribas and Itau (USA) Asset Management. He attended NYU’s Stern School of Business and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mona Zeineldin

Mona Zeineldin is a seasoned investment banker with over 20 years of experience specializing in fundraising, debt structuring, and capital markets across the MENA region. Throughout her career, she has led high-impact transactions spanning syndicated loans, DCM, and structured finance — raising over USD 3.5 billion in capital and pioneering sustainable finance instruments in the region.
Mona has held senior leadership roles at institutions such as Citibank, National Bank of Fujairah, Union National Bank, and Barclays, where she spearheaded the development of debt capital markets platforms, led complex restructurings, and advised family offices and corporates on capital raising, governance, and investment strategy. John Moreland-Lynn

As Head of Investment Banking at Arkwright Capital, John executed the €2bn acquisition of Kabel Hessen by Klesch Group from Deutsche Telekom, one of Europe's largest private equity buyouts of the 1990s. His institutional background includes Hill Samuel Asset Management (now Lloyds Banking Group) and Dentons.
